Ampetronic launches Loopworks™ Design – the pinnacle of Hearing Loop design

Ampetronic, the world’s leading developer of Hearing Loop technology, is pleased to announce the launch of Loopworks™ Design, the very latest in Hearing Loop design.
An integral part of the Loopworks™ productivity suite, Design offers system specifiers, designers and installer’s privileged access to Ampetronic’s expert Hearing Loop development and testing tools.
Over the past 30 years Hearing Loops, also known as Induction Loops, have become the default assistive listening solution in Europe, Scandinavia, Australasia and increasingly in the USA. This is in part as a result of technological advances made by Ampetronic and the efforts of people with hearing loss, who are demanding the benefits that this technology can bring to them.
A Hearing Loop system transmits an audio signal directly into a Telecoil hearing aid, reducing the need for an external receiver. The hearing aid becomes the receiver and the experience is enhanced as users receive sound tailored to their individual hearing loss requirements. Hearing Loop use is discrete as users don’t have to identify themselves and have no need to request or wear additional receivers. Once installed Hearing Loops are the gold standard for assistive listening technologies, providing many years of unequalled signal coverage and quality, requiring only a minimal amount of maintenance.
Hearing Loop system design can be complex, requiring specialist knowledge to ensure the final installation performs as intended and to standards (IEC 60118-4, IEC 62489-1, Australia: AS 601118.4, AS 1428.5).
Loopworks™ Design affords the user direct access to expert design support, faster design times (10x faster than designing by hand) and added competitive advantage through reduced design costs.
