Ampetronic becomes the first Hearing Loop provider to use Live Chat!
We are thrilled to have launched our brand NEW Live Chat service; now available on both our main website and the Loopworks Portal.
At Ampetronic, we know that you keep coming back to us because of our high levels of customer service. We already have the largest, dedicated Hearing Loop sales and support team in the industry and we provide an unrivalled level of FREE customer service.

Making it simple
As part of our drive to making the Loop process as simple as it can be, we have always given advice, guidance, and support by phone, email and on our website. Visitors to the Ampetronic website will now be offered Live Chat services by a member of our dedicated support team between the hours of 08.45 – 1645 GMT. Loopworks customers will also benefit from the same level of service.
