Despite the ongoing threat caused by the COVID-19 to our team, our family members, partners and customers, Ampetronic are continuing to carry on the work of the business. We now only have minimal staff in the office, but our team are all working normally, just from home. Our warehouse is open as usual and will continue to receive and dispatch goods as normally as possible. We have been told that freight services will most likely continue, if with the potential for some delays.
Staff have been setup to work from home with the technology and support needed to continue to be effective in their roles supporting partners and customers; whilst those that do have to visit the office or warehouse are subject to strict guidelines about how we work and how we keep ourselves safe in these difficult times.
As for every other business at the moment we are unsure how long the effects of the measures to combat this virus will last but please be assured that Ampetronic has the will, the capacity, the commitment from the staff and the resources to continue to support you.
We wish you all safe passage through these challenging times and look forward to a time in the not too distant future when we can meet and gather again to provide those who experience hearing loss the equality of access enjoyed by all.
